A digital painting inspired and based on the character from Walt Disney’s Fantasia. The mother of nature and bringer of life is beautifully animated in this classic film.

I’ve really been wanting to paint her for a long time, but haven’t felt confident in my abilities to portray the character as she is in my mind. Finally, I just let that fear go and this is what happened. I’m pretty happy with it and there is a freedom with the fulfillment of relaying this long admired character.
