Wow, Brendan, that is amazing. The colors are so bright, and the boat is very realistic. Nice work.

I am getting my associate's in business administration, then going on for either my bachelor's in accounting or business management. I still can't decide. (I love science though, and did study only science related classes for about two years). Either way, I want to own a pottery/art store. That's my ultimate dream, that way I could be surrounded by art, and maybe be able to get to do some myself everyday... Thank you very much for the congrats!

Nice! Have you tried turning the drawing upside down? Makes the sky a lot closer- and if your reference picture is also upside down(!) you can do it that way.
Sometimes the subject is so much in your head that by turning it, you see new stuff.
Where the boat shadow meets the sand: bingo! Love the rich and intensive detail. You pencil nuts work too hard!

Well, then, you're a tribute to that species, Union Men.
You are developing quite the stash of excellent works, Brendan.
My spiritual beleifs say " we are all one"- including God. Is that like a Union?

A yogi referred to the "Trinity" in which The Father is the Backing, The Son is the Management, and the Holy Spirit is the Labour. The "divine economy".

Actually no. In "cooperation". Many think it's not lucrative, but I must disagree.

I'm working on another Supergirl. The orignal image was heavily Photoshoped so it's taking a while to get the shading and hair right. Should be done with it soon, though.
Any idea what your next project will be?

Second to fave!HA Dang dude you are one colored pencil slinging guru. I can tell this took a butt load of time and a whole lot of sharpening of the pencils. The grass, the water, the sky...etc. Excellent work.

"First to fav" ... Sure, ruin my whole thread !!
Yeah it sure seemed big when I started .. but you get used to it.
I wish my drawing surface could tilt up more - it was hard to reach in places.
