if it were crustier it could pass off as one of the box art megamen with the realistic proportions

I never played anything megaman related. And since Megaman's part of Smash bros. I wanna start getting into megaman. But I don't know where to start. And since you grew up in a time where Capcom (as fans say) was doing justice to one of their famous IP's,what megaman games would you recommend to someone who has 1%-0% of knowledge about megaman?

I would recommend the first three on NES and Mega Man X on SNES. Mega Man 2 would probably be the best to start with as it's the easiest (still hard, though) and has a more solid format than the first one. 4-6 on NES are good, but they're more-or-less just more of the same thing. 4 introduces his charge shot buster, and all three games have very little to differentiate them with. If you really like the first 3, I'd say try the others. If you only kind of liked them, though, don't bother with 4, 5, and 6. Mega Man X on SNES is a must play. That is one of the best games on the console, and probably the most innovative Megaman game to be made from its original formula every. X2 and X3 are good, but they're like 4, 5, and 6, they're just more of the same stuff from X1. There are a few other sidescrolling MM and MMX games on SNES and PS1, but I think the four games I mentioned are the best titles, and the best to start with.

Nice work. Yet his face looks really strange. I'll say that it's very well done.
