After finding out my dad's 30 year old Nikon micro-nikkor 55mm f/3.5 will fit my D50 if I fit an M2 extension tube, I've been shooting macro like mad. It takes some getting used to doing everything manually but is really rewarding.It will do a 1:1 magnification ratio giving stunning results.
Because the camera can't comunicate with the lens, the EXIF data is wrong. The shot is at 82.5mm (55mm + 27.5mm for extension tube) and f/8.
