Cool; this could have been what Velma might have worn in the 13 Ghosts if Scooby Doo, or the late 80s trio of movies if she was included in those.

I’m thinking you could even use some of Daphne’s outfits from 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo for Velma, albeit tweaked a little and in red and orange colors.
