Being a HUGE Saw fan and been given an assignment to do an infographic on whatever the hell we want, I decided to do a timeline of the movie franchise (not including the video game or the Saw: Rebirth comic) dedicated to the fans.
Basically, this is another game from Jigsaw. You have to figure out how you have to read it. Of course I'M not going to tell you how to do it. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a game, now would it?
The typeface is my own. I created it using Fontographer.

Circular saw blade photo by me. Minus the typeface and the skin in the background, everything else is pure illustration. Done entirely in Photoshop and a TAD in Illustrator to lay it out and the type.

Yeah, I saw it not too long ago. I'll admit, there's plenty of flaws, but I still enjoyed it. Good suspense and very creative traps!

It's also funny to see that now that Saw 3D is out, you had sort of 'planned' Gordon's return since he's the only one remaining 'unknown' after Saw VI (excepting Hoffman)..!

As for an updated version, it'll happen to be a little more difficult than I planned. I worked on a Mac with this, and once my school year was done, I somehow lost the font file I made for the type, so I'll have to recreate it. But, I still have the original Photoshop file at least!

I'm a crazy about SAW as well and I absolutely love what you've done here. You did a wonderful job. The way you made the letters looks like they've been cut in the skin, the stitches, the puzzle pieces, the blood... Just brilliant.

I've only watched a couple of the Saw movies, though I did enjoy them and the mind fucking that came from it.
I really like the look of this and how it looks like this has been carved into someone's skin.

omg I almost got all of it. I've only seen clips tho so I can't really call myself a saw series fan. But I've seen almost all the traps and my fav by far is the reverse bear trap because only one person dies and it's the most interesting. XD

Its pretty incredible. Don't see too many time lines for sAw as it is; would be maddening trying to keep with the new continuity that is added each time.

It's not that bad. I still have the original file I used to create this, so adding to it may be a little tedious, it's not like I'm totally redoing it each time.

Yeah. As much as I love the movies, they really need to wrap things up. Otherwise, it's going to turn into one of those franchises with the awful The Land Before Time fate.
