Description Frater Perdurabo is Latin, the English of which is: "Brother, I will endure till the end."

Frater P. is also an alias for Alister Crowley, a famous (or infamous) author concerning various occult topics and wizardry.

In terms of the imagery, the general message implies the state of any magician in training, and all the nonsense associated with such pursuits, whether metaphorically or otherwise.

The secondary imagery insinuates the relationship between the two characters from Homer's Odyssey-Polyphemus and Nobody. That relationship, again, analogous to the neophyte and his work.

In a selfish sense, artists are magicians, and their art a giant monstrosity they must attempt to emulate and must, in the process, destroy in order to give meaning to the Mystery of the Act of Creation in and of itself.

May the FNORD be with you.
