The idea for this illustration came from a quote that Harley says in one of the Suicide Squad comics where Harley says: "If you're trying to scare me it won't work, Cause Mister I've seen scary, and you ain't got his smile."I thought it would be a fun idea to draw Harley saying this to Pennywise
I had a lot of fun on this piece, especially coloring it.
