while things haven't always been the best for him, Sonic was there for all of us. Sonic the Hedgehog and his life long crusade stop the Mecha-minded Menace of Mobius, Dr. Eggman, has been in all fans hearts for a good third of the century. When he made mistakes, we were there, hoping for him to get back on his feet and keep going. While I've been a fan since Sonic Generations, this franchise has been a part of my life since then and I remain forever loyal. He made me the man I am today, and while it's cliche it's true. Happy 30th Birthday Sonic, and may you continue to be the world's fastest hedgehog.
