Description
One of my favorite pieces. Only because his weapon happened to turn out right by accident! This Shadow clone was created by Black Doom as a back up plan, but because of Black Doom being a perfectionist, and his creation having slight physical flaws, he labeled him a failure. He also differs in personality from Shadow as well. He has the same capabilities as Shadow, and can hide his physical differences using chaos control, and easily take on the role of the real shadow. But because he was labeled a failure, he holds a deep hatred for the real Shadow, believing that, until he kills him, he will never be anything more than a worthless copy. What he doesn't realize is that his own heart and personality that makes him original. Eventually, he gives himself his own name to mark that he is different. I'm still deciding on that name, but when I think of failure, ZERO comes to mind that suits him.Related content

Oh, how I wish... If I were a great artist, I wouldn't have to deal with major frustration, and my pics would turn out exactly how I wanted them with ease. Sigh... it would be a perfect world for me then. But perfect worlds have no fun and no satisfaction!

I don't get it perfect even on the 10th try... I'm sooo slow at making my art...(I hate starting over. It makes me feel like everything I just did was for nothing, so I do a lot of erase parts I don't like and redraw... although I end up with a mess...)

No kidding. I'll hear a cool song that would make a great music video, or watch a movie or something, and then I always feel like I wanna do something like that, like an animation or a drawn story. Problem is, I don't know a whole lot about animation yet...

it was a tryout that most likely failed due to lack of planning and care.
plus i couldnt draw a wolf to save my life XD
you'll get there...i have to use gimp 2.6 and windows movie maker to animate XD what programme do you use?

I checked it out. Better than I can do... Try making a hedgehog walk, stop, and talk... I made it using iMovie when I was in multimedia... I'd show you, but it's kinda stuck in QuickTime player, and I don't know if you can link it or how to link it... (The stupid version of IMovie our computer has won't allow images to be shown less than a second...) So I've been experimenting with Sonic Battle sprites instead of my own thing, to try to get the hang of it. The crappy program I use is Adobe Imageready CS, and it sucks because it came free with Photoshop... ugh...

yeah flash would be the beest option.
ive used it before and i makes animating piss easy once you get the hang of it.
buuuuuuuuut because the owners of flash are butthurt greedy bastards, flash is pricey. you may be able to get the older version (probably better than the new crap) for cheap. i'm on the lokout for flash. i'll le you know if i find a good progamme for cheap.
oh, and if you need help animating sonic i could lend you a few frames. ive been working on running sonic chars, all fours, two legs, oh, and flying XD
though im better at anmating Quartz ill give any char a shot for yeh

Everybody says flash is the best... But the last time I tried it, I wanted to chuck the stupid computer right out the school window. I'm just no good at flash... So I guess I'm doomed to forever use crappy programs... Ugh, I think I would rather spend hours of frustration on flash...maybe. So yeah. It would be good to know if you find anything. But I think I'll wait on requests yet. I gotta think of what I'd like to see most. I'm getting tired, and I don't think the best then...

I'm glad you like it. I was kinda worried that I would get criticized for it because it looks "messy"... The secret? Keep your art in a flimsy paper folder that the binding ripped apart... Or maybe it's because I press too hard with pencil, and things don't completely erase? I'm not sure...

P.S. I have a shiny Electrode on my Pok'emon SoulSilver game that goes by the name of Bokkun! And if you don't know Pok'emon, an Electrode is a giant ball with a face on it that goes BOOM!

I like Pok'emon, but it could have a little more... action in it. Like the gameplay on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I really like the Pok'emon Mystery Dungeon Explorers series, but the newest one, Explorers of Sky, I got halfway through it, and I got a major glitch. It freezes when I try to evolve characters and nobody's IQ goes up now... And I put so much effort into that one too...!

Hearing that from the world's biggest Shadow fangirl makes me happy. I'm assuming you probably see a lot good and not so good works of him...? But I guess its the effort that counts and makes improvement...
P.S. I'm a pretty big Shadow fan myself, but I'm no world's biggest fan... Even so, I like meeting people who share a common interest with me, so you win, I lose. settled?

Awesome! I have a ton of pics too, but I doubt I'd ever do any hair dying...(yeah, I'm chicken, but I know too many people with bad hair dye experiences...)

Augh... I don't have much on my page for art yet... but thats because I made a Shadow the Hedgehog comic in which I referenced to a good artist's work when I was stuck. So I'm waiting to see if its okay with them if I put it up in my gallery. (Of course, as long as they're okay with it, I'll credit my sources where needed) But thats where most of my effort and work have been going toward lately... but its been a couple days since I sent my note out... I know people have a life off the computer, but its still a little frustrating...
