They look fantastic. How are they to wear in comparison to full gauntlets?

They are the best feeling gauntlets I've ever worn and most of my customers agree with that. The range of motion is unparalleled, protection is great, though with any finger gauntlet it will sting if you get a shot to the fingers, unless you do something stupid they will protect. All the rivets are holding steel plates under the leather so there is far more metal there than what is visible.

Nice. Getting hit on the fingers sucks. It's something that happens to me with alarming regularity I'm lucky that so far it's only synthetic wasters so far
They do look fantastic though. how heavy are they?

in mild steel (16g) I think it was 1.8lb I've a set in 4130 chromoly spring steel in progress in the shop, hoping they finish out about .8-.9lb each.

have a set finished out spring steel, little heavier than I hoped but still not bad. 1.5lb each finished weight, half that the slightly thicker and better quality leather and gloves, so more than worth the added ounces.
