This place was ABSOLUTE HELL for the poor, mentally ill children that went here. Rulebreaking got you thrown and locked into one of the many tiny isolation rooms that reeked of urine for hours at a time (and you were not allowed out for any reason), and you were usually sedated out of your mind for most of the day. And unfortunately enough, they're supposedly planning to fix it up and reopen it soon.
