Description This is what has been on the easel lately, I have decided I am finished! Hooray! Time for my signature...

This is a portrait of my Grandma, Betty Lee. It was such a pleasure to paint her portrait. Its another small painting, measuring 8x8 inches, oil on mounted canvas panel.

thank you! I love working small, not sure why but it has its charm. I use a lot of small Robert Simmons White Sable brushes! Rounds and Filberts!

Its funny you say details, because, while it gives the impression of "detail" it is very simplified (compared to the reference), I will post more pictures later.
I love working small, there is a charm about it and they finish up quicker than larger paintings (I sometimes get impatient with larger works)
