Another picture that never made it into poster form, mostly because it was proclaimed too violent to be plastered all over the campus...meh. I think it's the fact Florinda's head is thrown back in that scream of anguish.
I played Lucinda, who is sitting in the picture. During the show's run, the girl who played Florinda and I spent so much time together we could improv any situation and stay in character. In fact, when we get together now sometimes we revert back into those characters again!

I talked about this scene in my Children's Lit class. All my fellow future teacher to be buddies were horrified.
I still say this is better than the real version of Sleeping Beauty. O_O

It was my college's production of Into the Woods, a Broadway musical based on classic fairytales. I was one of Cinderella's wicked stepsisters and it was a blast!
