Wanted to draw another KaTsuyu...
They're just so precious. 
(I haven't actually watched the movie, since I really can't find a good quality of it... But I saw Katsuki in this outfit and I wanted to work with it.
Unfortunately I'm not even sure if Tsuyu had an official dress for the party, but whatever... I made one up randomly...)Again, this is just to satisfy my KaTsuyu feels.
