Thank you ^_^ Yeah butterflies...hate drawing them, but when I sit around and think of what to put into these portraits it always comes back...butterflies. I love butterflies, but drawing them is such a pain in the ass. >.<

Heather , you're like a living paradox.
Although you hate the butterflies and they are a pain in the ass , thou hast drawn very well , and they form a characteristic feature in many of your drawings.

I know...it really makes no sense whatsoever, but I can't seem to help myself. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment. =/ I also HATE drawing children, but the portrait I have to complete before Christmas (commissioned as a Christmas present) has TWO kids in it...*sigh* It's blurry and I've been panicking over it. lmao

Ohhh.....Heather !!! You have a great spirit of sacrifice.
This is one of the reasons why we don't do commissions . With the long time we spend on each drawing , I could not bear to do something that my heart does not desire at this time.
We wish you all the luck in this difficult project.

Yeah commissions can be a real pain. I thankfully have gotten all my pre-Christmas commissions done. *whew* and I'm waiting till after Christmas before I pick up a pencil again. Thanks for wishing me luck. I'm definitely going to need it on the next project...I have to draw a guy...I HATE drawing guys. It's not something I have much practice at doing, and most the guys I draw end up looking like women...and most of those end up looking like OLD women. >.<

I understand very well Heather. We also hate to draw guys!
While we are confident that you don't need luck, because you have talent to spare for it and whatever you propose to do.
But rest a little this holiday season in order to regain strength.
