"W-wait a minute, would ya!?"

Here we have an accurate depiction of why Rex was omitted from Ultimate's base game and the fighters pass. I know we don't know how post pass DLC will be, but considering he was my most wanted fighter, and still is with the announcement of more DLC to come, I do hope he does make it in. Might do a followup with this if it happens, too.

Not as proud of how this came out as my other image with Rex in it did, but I still had fun with it. Especially with how Plant is just being a dick by laughing while Shulk and Inkling are shocked and sad to see poor Rex's plight. Also, I would have used a better Shulk model if one existed for GMod, so I was kinda stuck with his SSB3DS one here.

Small fun fact, but I was originally going to have Sans in there with Plant, but ultimately I thought just having Plant in the far back would be funnier since as noted above, he's the odd one out of those noticing Rex's futile(?) dash towards the Smash train.
