Description I just got this today, and I will admit that I don't know much about it. Going by what's one the package:

"With the TARDIS trapped on Earth in a Trans-temporal schism, the Doctor finds himself at the center of four time zones. As with each previous time the TARDIS generates a new sonic screwdriver for the Doctor but this it is created in the style of each time zone, Elizabethan, Victorian, Present Day, and future London. With additional features, including a 'wood' setting, the Doctor must try and free the TARDIS before time runs out".

And that's it. If anyone has any further information, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

When did/will this happen? Is this product a foreshadow of something, r just a silly spin-off idea?

Maybe it'll have to do with the 50th anniversary story.

When did this become part of the series? I'm so confused
IT'S GOT A WOOD SETTING? The Doctor must be happy about that!

Love it, I bought a Sonic Screwdriver (Matt Smith) Wii Remote but it's far too sensitive and it doesnt have motion plus so now it's more of an ornament than a remote

If you get hold of the "Make Your Own Sonic Screwdriver" Kit, this is compatable with it, so you can now have TWO customized SS's with sound.

I do have that set. In fact my own custom sonic screwdriver is shown in my Doctor Who gallery, if you'd ever want to check it out.
