If it ish fuzzy, its cuz of the compression on it. See if you can lowe the compression value on the JPEG, or try using PNG instead and see if it comes out any better.
By the way, this is one of the most original Zelda pics I've seen.

I'm not sure what you mean by the fuzzyness... but then I haven't seen the original, so it's hard to know where to look I guess. Still, it looks lovely!
If you're converting to a JPG from a PSP file, it sometimes looks a little 'wobblier' with certain patterns. Make sure the detail/filesize slider is on full detail. Other than that, I'm afraid I can't think of anything to help O_o

When saving a jpeg file, you can change how accurate the compression is (the better detail, the bigger the file). Let's see... in PSP this is... *looks* Ah, it doesn't come up automatically. You have to click 'Options' in the save dialog, after choosing 'JPG' as file type. Make sure it saves on highest quality (lowest compression). Hope it helps!
