Also I see some tag abuse in there, I don't see a city in this picture. Maybe I'm wrong and you could point out where it is.

Personally I think the original character in the illustration, and all the fine details, gets lost in the cluttered background. It doesn't really bring out or accentuate the character, instead the foreground and background just kinda meshes together like visual noise.

I'd try maybe for some more contrast between the character and background, so it doesn't get lost in the composition, but that's just me.
