Description You want me to WHAT?!

Princess Brijeka was eventually captured by Imperialist forces following the occupation of her homelands by northern Lake Topor and tortured for information about the rest of her family. When Brijeka could not provide the answers her interrogators and the Emperor wanted, she was eventually posted* instead, her sword placed tauntingly at her feet. Brijeka miraculously survived two days of cold northern Tenari winds before being rescued by a wandering outlaw. While the man nursed her back to health, he believed his saving of her gave him the right to use and abuse Brijeka however he saw fit. Of course, Brijeka disagreed and once her health had returned, she stole back her sword and cut the outlaw down without remorse. From there she roamed the lands, lying low and discreetly resisting the Emperor's will.

Drawing of Princess Brijeka about to cut down an unseen foe on a grassy hill. She lost her armour upon capture (see above) and now has only a dirty dress and her magical sword. I'm a bit unsure about the posing of her right elbow however. It should be pointing forwards but I feel like it's pointing more to the side. Dunno how to fix it though...

*Posting is a method of execution common in Tenar and the lands of their southern cousins (prior to the arrival of the Lordrosians). It is similar to crucifixion, crude and cruel, but involves only a single wooden post (hence the name) much like a telegraph pole. To the top of this post by some means, usually a rope or chain around the wrists, the victim is affixed and left to die, most commonly by exposure to the elements. Originally posting was performed on the roadside or in the middle of a field but during the Imperial Era it became common for postings to occur within settlements such as in town squares or market places to remind the populace of the consequences of disobedience to Imperial rule.

Well yes, granted, whoever is about to be on the receiving end probably doesn't think it's quite so nice a pose...
