Description
First time working with blood in photoshop, mainly used the blend mode (color burn, overlay) and the burn, dodge and smudge tools.The blood on the boat is from the blood brushes and the blood on the skin is self-made.
Took around a few days to make, picture taken by me in Belize.

UPDATE May '08: I removed some of the unrealistic looking blood splotches & adjusted the colors and contrast a bit
p.s. The people in this image are good friends of mine, I had no bad intentions against them, they just set the scene so great.
