I almost cried when I thought of this.

Now I have this same picture only in their horse form, and I like it MUCH better because you can see Harley's expression and that's what makes me want to cry. So when I find the time to scan the horse one, I'll put this in scraps and upload it in its place.

The saying is just perfect for Danity and Harley. For those of you who haven't read her story Descecrated, go read it. NOW

How I came upon this idea is we had to write a poem in Creative Writing II that had deep emotion in it, and here is what I came up with.

It would be enough

Your eyes, the very essence of my soul,
Look earnestly not into mine, but through
To another's.
I parade before you, a fool before a queen
But that is all you see me as,
The fool.

But I am happy this way,
Your affection outlasts
Though not love,
It is strong between us.
And when your prince betrays his valor
The fool will wait, his shoulder ready for your tears

I'll wait for the day you finally see through his false armor,
And take away my jester hat,
But I fear that day will never come
And your heart is set in stone to him
But it would be enough
though my heart breaks every moment,

Just to keep him from hurting you again.
