Description
The last of my Art Deco cityscapes for now. This one took slightly longer to do since Atlantica is made from more organic shapes than the other cityscapes. I know in The Little Mermaid Atlantica is yellow, but yellow water would have looked... odd.Links to my other cityscapes:
