Description
Secular circles called Lavr Kornilov nothing more than the salvation of Russia. As you know, the Kornilov rebellion was suppressed, but imagine that it was a success, and Lavr Georgievich took the supreme power into his own hands, overthrowing the Provisional Government and dispersing the Petrograd Soviet.
I present to your attention a possible coat of arms of Russia under the leadership of Kornilov.
The double-headed bronze eagle spread its wings, it is devoid of any monarchical attributes, unlike the old royal coat of arms. This symbolizes the cleansing of Russia from tsarism and its transformation into a democratic republic.
On the chest of the eagle there is a round red (scarlet) shield and a laurel wreath, symbolizing the numerous glorious victories of the Russian state. Above the wreath is the St. George Cross (Order of St. George) and crossed swords, symbols of the glory of Russian weapons. In the center there is an image of St. George the Victorious (Saint George) in the form of a rider on a silver field, piercing with a spear a golden snake overturned backwards.
