OH BOY! NAILED IT! I'm super excited about this xD Probably way more excited than it actually deserves. xD

I remember years ago (like a pretty small brat ) when I was line by line redrawing Uderzo's stylized drawings, mostly from Asterix and Tintin (yeah, it was TERRIBLE no matter how hard I tried xD). As you can tell Asterix had quite strong influence on me xD

BUT! This is not line to line recreation, it's more like freestyle study of main features with adaptation of my own style in it. I love how simple yet effective is Uderzo's way of depicting landscapes for comics, so that's what I focused on a lot more that adapting shapes of characters.

I'm not much fond of how people in Asterix are depicted. I mean, it's really funny, and artist was great in capturing hallmarks of each character xD but It's not something for me to focus on. Something else is way of hatch-shading and linearts, these I adore and admire, so I tried it too.

+ I had to use main protagonists ofc, cause I'm not ashamed that my two idiots were accidentally born years ago in young, confused teenage mind as 'how would Asterix and his dumb bff look in 21st century?' tho I believe they did distinguished enough from their origins to be independently standing characters.
