I am not Sailor Moon fan, I never seen a single episode and I have zero knowledge of it xD Besides knowing kind of designs of characters and overall basic well known things.
But! There's blonde, blue and slight hint of tension on the picture that everybody is for some reason redrawing these days (seriously, I have no idea what's going on original scene xDDDDD). Since I quite like to repaint stuff into my own style, I decided to take the challenge. Besides... blonde, blue and tension...like I could resist that combination xD.
