My deviantArt story isn't a tale of a girl who was lost in her world with to much free time and decided to join and found purpose. No, my story is one of a girl who loved art more than anything in the world, the story of a girl who could escape into her own little world where no one could reach her or hurt her. In this world she was free yet no one ever noticed her so she decided to join deviantArt
after seeing how popular people become after joining. When she joined she put on an act of a tough girl artist to get people attention. For her greatest fear in the world was going through her life and no one knowing who she is. But as they say the art tell's a lot about the artist and soon let her true self shine. She had locked herself away to please other's but she decided no more, if people don't like her the way she is then screw them. Because she as a unique individual was perfect. Because she was different and slightly (extremely) weird she was in her own way flawless.
I have choose each of these because they show my growth. The first one is one of the first bases I ever did and i believe if you look at the work I've done with bases you'll see a variety of different techniques. Improvements, experiment's with techniques. Another reason I choose this picture is because Lily was my first oc I ever had on devaintART. The second picture is a picture of Lily I did from scratch on dA muro. This show's a new style of technique for me and one of the experiment's i conducted to find i like. The third picture is my first base from scratch. This show's my growth cause it to was done on dA muro so if compare this to the second one you'll see great a sign of growth. As for the forth on it was a commission done by scratch, this show's my growth in scratch work of experimenting with the way I drew my eye's and the actual poses of drawing. I tried to draw this like I do my traditional art only to find it's not as easy on a laptop. The final one is my first animation. It's not that good with smoothness in duration but hey if everything turned out the way you planed it then life would be to dull! Thing's would to easy.
