Description
This is my Kururu plushie standing 8 inches tall with her flying kitty friend Oboro, standing 2 inches tall. Oboro is made from Sculpey clay. Kururu and Oboro are from the series "Bottle Fairy", a very cute anime
The plushie pattern was derived from Runo's nekomimi pattern, and modified to suit my tastes. I was inspired to make her after watching the series, and while waiting to sew yet another chao. My embroidery machine is rebelling, so I used Kururu to express my creative energy I hope you enjoy her! She may or may not be for sale. I am thinking about doing all the fairies in the series, maybe by the time I'm done I'll know whether or not I can bear to part with her

Aw I almost bought that anime but I put it down because I never heard about it and I was afriad to spend money if I didn't like it XD but you're plushie is SO CUTE! Ok a few questions....what's her pink hair made of? And how did you do the eyes? they're iron on? Ok I'll be quiet now... LOL

Her hair is... um, I dunno, a fuzzy poly fabric that frays! I fused two pieces together with wonder under to give it shape and keep it from falling apart. I also dyed it to be closer to her hair color

If you do all the fairys, you should sell them as a set. I heard about your embroidery machine in your blog, sorry it's still broken. You do beautiful work even with it screwed up.

I really liked that, too! I took... about 30 pictures of her. My lighting was poor, but she was just so cute! I should have broke out the studio lights, but if I do the other fairies, I'll take better pics
