Description Sorry for shitty quality, since I have been putting more detail into my work, but scanner has decided to make my drawings look progressively worse.
I might start using my camera instead.

---

The calling wind and the morbidly carressing breeze encompassed itself around around Supercell, and he could tell anywhere what this meant - a storm - a powerful one at that. The clouds whipped 'round one another like spooked mustangs across the plains and the thundering of their regal hooves sounded the mighty storm, hailing its presence.
With a lightning heart, a sturdy rev of the engine, Supercell found the adrenaline already pupming through his ipes, and the electricity crackle wickedly through his wires.
"I've got you now, my beauty..."

---

^ Just a little passage I decided to create to set the mood for the drawing.

So ummmm yeah, more work on Supercell Sparks, this drawing only took me 4 hours and 50 minutes though, so only 10 minutes quicker than the latter.

Yeah, but he is used to it, because he finds it beautiful and he loves the adrenaline rush; it's what he does for a living.
WOW. You are so lucky; I've always wanted to witness a tornado in real life.

Why thank you Tamas, I meant to ask, have you ever witnessed a Tornado before?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ThomastheJinty In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 00:03:31 +0000 UTC]

No, can't say I have unless watching the Wizard of Oz counts.

BritishRedHead27 In reply to ThomastheJinty [2013-03-16 00:05:29 +0000 UTC]

Lol excellent, because blatantly the Wizard of Oz counts.

ThomastheJinty In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 00:06:52 +0000 UTC]

In that case yes, I have experienced a tornado(in sepia colouring, too).

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BritishRedHead27 In reply to ThomastheJinty [2013-03-16 00:13:33 +0000 UTC]

Well, it is very rare to get a sepia tornado, you should feel honoured.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

ThomastheJinty In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 00:14:55 +0000 UTC]

I should, since sepia tornadoes usually mean you had a good childhood.

BritishRedHead27 In reply to ThomastheJinty [2013-03-16 00:19:43 +0000 UTC]

Indeed, I remember seeing sepia tornadoes all the time at Christmas when I was little - perhaps that and the film from 1996 "Twister" is what made my dream - to become a tornado chaser.

ThomastheJinty In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 00:23:32 +0000 UTC]

I could never have the courage to be a tornado chaser.

Nice to see it also whats this about wanting to take your pictures with a camera

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BritishRedHead27 In reply to Robie-Chan [2013-03-16 00:12:55 +0000 UTC]

I was going to start taking photos of my drawings instead of scanning.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Robie-Chan In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 12:46:39 +0000 UTC]

I used to do that because my old scanner was the work of the devil never showing the amount of detail that I put into the drawing, that's why I used the camera from time to time.

But I love my new scanner as it captures all the detail in the drawing =3 I think your scanner works find Becky unless there is detail that we can't see in the scanned version. If your camera takes better pictures then use that but I think your scanner is very good =3

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BritishRedHead27 In reply to Robie-Chan [2013-03-16 15:07:58 +0000 UTC]

Yes, my scanner has skipped out a whole load of detail you guys can't see.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Robie-Chan In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 15:35:43 +0000 UTC]

Hmmm take a picture with your camera so we can see the full picture Becky see if that makes a difference

Awwww thanks Alicia, do you think I should start taking photos instead of scanning? I hate how it looks here.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-Ultimate-Gamez In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-15 23:53:59 +0000 UTC]

I think the scanning looks fine CX But I can understand how scanners made things look worse This was ALWAYS the case for me in my prime months on here
But...taking photos don't always get good results either, unless you have a proper camera on hand Otherwise, go for it if you wish Cx

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

BritishRedHead27 In reply to The-Ultimate-Gamez [2013-03-15 23:57:31 +0000 UTC]

Yes, they put so much light onto it, that is shows the tinniest and most subtle pencil strokes to look like massive full-on scribbles!
Hmmmm, my camera is alright, so perhaps I shoul at least try it and see what happens, what do you think?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-Ultimate-Gamez In reply to BritishRedHead27 [2013-03-16 00:02:21 +0000 UTC]

another reason why i do digital art Cx

Well, do try it, and we'll see how you get on

BritishRedHead27 In reply to The-Ultimate-Gamez [2013-03-16 00:06:19 +0000 UTC]
