A very Late Birthday present to a friend who was the Mad Hatter at his Party and a Carnival (we got 2nd place to his sister and her friend who were 118 118 XD)I've had so many problem drawing this and almost gave up last night at 1 in the morning, but I finished it today and am extreamly proud of it.
I only hope he'll think as much.
