Ahh lovely.... Don't upload her anywhere, but in reality. You ARE aloud to email her to friends... Things released on the CDs in Windows100% do technically fall under shareware. However it is a proper choice to respect the designers wishes of no redistribution. It really is not a legal issue, its a respect issue. The Modelers do WANT their models out there because THEY get enjoyment from the community's enjoyment and love of their work. But they do want people to respect them. By not uploading and linking out their work, and not editing without permission, as well as of course, accepting the answer no if you are given the answer no. (that I beeive was one of the BIGGEST problems that caused Nanami to flip his nuggets. 
Anyway I hope you are enjoying that model she is beautiful. And if you do share her with friends, while it is not possible to CONTROL the flow of information once it leaves your hands, try to only give it to respectable members of the community. *huggles mah Nanami modelz* so glad I kept these on my external drive... before this shit storm happened. I would be soo mad at myself if I had lost these beautiful lil friends.
