This is King Lukas Lazulea, the main villain from my comic book series Flash of Light. He is an evil sorcerer who enjoys manipulating other people.

indeed, I usually have villains that aren't all that evil, but one day I made one that was just like, "why not" and realized they are way past fun, especially if they have a goal attached to it.
