DOWNLOAD FOR FULL DETAILEDIT2: Oh yeah, I redesigned Kenon's armor a bit...and the shoulder piece will definitely be redesigned soon...so, yeah. :>
EDIT: Bahh...Kenon still isn't looking at Lance...I fixed it once already...now I'm too lazy.
Oh, holy shit...I can draw realistic humans. o3o
I can't believe this only took three days to draw...probably about 4-6 hours or something, actually, and yet more simple pictures are still sitting in my folder from three months ago. Pfff.
Anyway, I wanted to draw Kenon...and this new dude, Lance Knoble. Both are main characters for my Dragons Fire(Working Title) project. And I'm happy, because now I have more of a story, more worlds, more characters...more knowledge of tech-y stuff after reading Halo: The Cole Protocol. :>
And...this was supposed to have a background. But I cheaped out on it...and just decided that they would be in a near pitch-black room with water all over the place...I dunno why yet. xD But this will definitely be a scene from the story.
Oh yeah, I found out that tiny little stick figurines help to make big pictures like this. This is about 20-or-so times the size of the sketch that I started out with. 8> Heheheh.
Oh! And lastly, I have a question, judging by what you see in this picture, how tall would you say Kenon is, given the fact that Lance is 6'1ish? He was supposed to be around 9'3, but I think I killed that with this picture. |D

Wow this is really nice. I love the shading on the man. The glow is also well done and I love their poses. As for critique, i'm not so good with animalistic anatomy but from what I can see it looks well thought out and done. Although if he really is stepping on the man with that much force, I would assume there should be more distortion (depression) upon his torso but here it looks flat, as if he was stepping on the ground instead of on a squishy human haha. I love the detail the shadows and shading give to the man's face and I wish there was more of that on the monster. I think there are too much soft shadows and not enough hard ones. But the way the shadows fall on it are amazingly realistic. The man blends really nicely into his surroundings but the monster doesn't as well. I know you can pull it off since you've already done it with the man in this picture. Overall very nice job.

LOL, well, because of the height you gave me and the height my mom gave me(She measured with a wire to try to get the height and got about 12'3), I decided to go into SAI and straighten out the bodies. xD This is what I got: [link]
Hehe, Lance looks short...I'm gonna put Kenon at 9'0, because I couldn't straighten the neck anymore and he usually stands with his neck pretty straight. So. :>

Looks pretty much as tall as the Elites, slightly taller even and poor Lance. Must be hard to be the small fry next to Kenon.XD
