So... I took this little gal home yesterday
Ironically, on April Fool's Day xD Omg, she is the cutest, tiniest, squishiest, most loving little mush xD I think she's 4 weeks old... ? I picked her out on Monday and had to wait a bit to take her home cause she was too young and still drinking her mama's nibbies 
I named her Cupcake to match her 'older sister' Pancake 
Her full name is Cupcake Sprinkles Mayer xD ( Double meaning in the middle name, hehehe xD ) So yeah, now I have another character to design I can't wait til I get a nice slap of inspiration in the face from this baby I did edit the saturation and contrast a little in the picture since it was dull sunlight in my room. And she is a fancy hooded rat Also, although she looks black and white, she's actually like a dark grey and white, the contrast changed that a bit 
Enjoy the adorableness!P.S.- Notice her white marking on her forehead? It looks a little like Aang's arrow xD I just noticed it looked like that today while I was doing her mini photoshoot x3

i got a mouse too young once, and it died because of that
i shouldnt have gotten her anyways.. she was just too cute and i figured they wouldnt sell her if it was a problem.

Yeah, pet stores aren't always very reliable :\ It's unfortunate how that works out.. Sorry about your mouse >.< I never had one, they seem so cute ;_;

one of them i had actually ATTACKED me anytime i put my fingers in or on the cage.. o_o it scared me.

Yeah, it was my only option :\ I attempted to get my first rat through a breeder from upstate NY since I live on Long Island. It would be quite the drive, but I wanted a healthy rat x_x The lady refused to adopt out to me because my dad wouldn't allow me to have two at the time, and she said she'd only adopt out to me if I could take a pair :\ I mean, I'm happy I have Pancake and all, but I was so upset at the time. I was trying to do the right thing and not buy through a pet store =_= And wow, I thought mice woulda been much sweeter since they look like rats D: Seems I was wrong x_x
