These were pretty fun to make, I actually made them a few months ago, and I might make more
Used some wire to make it look like the heart is stapled together.

Haha xD I wish! I sculpted it with that lightning bolt shaped 'crack' down the middle and used my pliers to shape the wire like staples and pressed them into the clay before I baked it so it was still smooth
