is back again with another wolf commission. I’m happy to oblige with another image of his K-9 cast n’ crew.

This time we get a look at how Tom intends to escape his current dangerous predicament. The surrounding forest is completely engulfed in flames, and the only feasible way to get to the safety of the river is by traveling amongst the treetops. Tom’s gonna have to summon his inner squirrel for this one, cause that is some seriously tricky terrain. That dog will be playing “the floor is lava” for keeps this time.

I think this image came out pretty good. I slanted the trees and made a window through the smoke to help draw the viewers eye to the water line. I thought this was important since Tom is looking back, I needed to provide the viewer with an understanding on where he is trying to go. I also got to play with the lighting thanks to all that fire. Bring it all together with some genuine emotion on the characters face and it works quite nicely.

Thanks to shadowphil666 for ordering up another pic. I don’t get to draw characters displaying fear all to often, so it serves as good practice for me the few times I get the opportunity.
