i'll leave this up to vega if she wants this to be an oc or an adoptable.
this is a collab between me and *vega37 . i did the base sketch, and vega sketched the mane and the digitalized it.
it was originally drawn on a napkin in Denny's xD
i really like the color choice that vega made with Tulip Glass's eyes, and how her hair ties match them. the only problem is that the hairbands blend into the da background
