Well, I was looking at this base for ages, knowing that I was going to use Misa and Light, but I had no idea who to have for the other person in the base. I thought of Mikami, but I knew that rather stopping Misa, he would be... well... killing her.I thought of L, but I doubt he would care about Misa's well being since he believed that she was the 2nd Kira...
So the only one I thought that would try to stop Misa would be our beloved Matsuda...
