I hate drawing chibis cuz each time I try they just dont come out right DX I hope this one did >.<As you can see its the top duelist Seto Kaiba from Yu-gi-oh screaming a famous line that any Yu-gi-oh abridged fan would know, "Screw the Rules! I have Money!" lolz
