a very strange one ... a bit shoking too. First thing I thought was groose is that is the correct word : I think it is due the low pixelsrate and the "blurred"effect. But it looks like a abused women who has been put a grape in the mouth. So you get the rawness of the skin and lips... contrasted with the untouched , whole beauty and sweetness of the grape. But is that is the concept... I think you got your point.
