I also uploaded this on my adopt acc but since that has started to work out i'm uploading it here too.
Alright so you might wonder: ''Character rescue center? What is that supposed to mean?''
A character dump is a place for unwanted characters to be dropped.
So i'll explain more in a bit lemme just start with this:
!!I WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE CHARACTERS!!
''Why'' you ask?
Because i will do something else with them.
So the following things may happen:
I gift them to someone who likes the character.
I Keep them because i might like their design.
Re-design them and keep them.
Re-design them and give them a good home.
What will i accept?
Literally anything.
From weird monsters to pokemon!
humans,feral,fantasy you name it!
How do you transfer them to me?
Simply put the files in the comments below.
If they're a TH file feel free to transfer it to me -> TH = BrokenHells
!!If you transfer through TH make sure to comment below so i can make sure to accept them asap!!

All characters, any species. There are no limits.
And when gifting to people i take a look at how much they love the character
and their ability of giving them a good home. Its mostly just me making sure that they're
absolutely positive on taking the character in. And i might be uploading a big free character journal
on my adopt account. Its either gonna be completely free or they have to draw 1 piece of art of the
character they want to have so they have art of them as well~
And don't worry, you have every right to ask me a question <3

Your rules say you are allowed to redesign the unwanted character, seafins is a closed species by me meaning they have rules where you cannot fully redesign the character
