Remade a very old DA submission from my first account way back around 2006-ish. It's kind of a pipe dream now for another LoK game to be made by the original team as most have already moved on such as Amy Hennig, the main writer, moving to Visceral (after several years with Naughty Dog), the excellent Tony Jay (the voice of the Elder God) having passed away a couple of years back, and Dennis Dyack going batshit crazy.

If there will be another one, I think they could retain much of the gameplay intact; maybe beef up the combat system but retaining the metroidvania-inspired progression and difficult puzzles (at times very obtuse) would be a great counterprogramming to what modern videogames offer. I don't think it would feel dated at all. Most important of all is if they improve on the storytelling as the LoK world has a very rich mythology.

Still *meh * I think. Hopefully I'll still be alive and the world has not collapsed into total anarchy, I'll probably revisit this again after 8 years
