I mean, I've seen LEGO Knuckles with a glove removed (youtu.be/q3CGd8JXIjY?t=218 ), and that looked pretty normal. Boom Knuckles also has visibly normal hands under his wrappings. We can only hope normal Knuckles has normal hands as well...
