I did this sketch a while ago, I decided to colour it last night. Linework done with pen and paper, coloured in photoshop. Paper texture from cgtextures.com (thanks `loish for the inspiration).Related content

And so my wife walked by and said she'd happily invest in decorating our newborn son's room with images like this one, and that she loves it. It's fruity, and the colors are blissful. I'm not a giraffe fan, as sharks of course feast on such creatures everyday, but I do enjoy this piece. The muddiness of the gradient in the background washing into that saturated aqua is so choice. Your shading and burning around the nose gave it a hint of dimension.
