may I ask, how did you manage to get the TF2 hat big enough to fit the pony models? (I've been wondering if it was possible to resize props, so it must be possible?)

After scouring the internet, I could not find a prop resizer for gmod. What I did in this picture is a simple perspective trick. The umbrella hat is floating in midair between the camera and the pinkie model. I just had to line it up so it looks like it's on her head.
