Penelope Pitstop Fanart. I loved watching the Wacky Racers cartoons when I was little and so I had to make a start at drawning some of these from that Hanna Barbera show. So I've started with my concept on the beautiful Penelope Pitstop. So we find Penelope deep in the Arizona Desert and far far in the lead, so she now has the time to stop and relax for a minute or two with her four wheeled Compact Pussycat and pose for the awaiting fans.
