I think I like everything about it except the color. Color is somehow wrong the effect, if it was a more subtle color might make it appear more in proportion.

Considering the first few Elcos were chop-topped Impala Nomads, I'd say he hasn't done anything wrong.

I've seen photos of other people that did this with a '55 and a '56 Nomad. At least if Chevy had made the El Camino in 1957, I bet you it would have looked like this.

It actually looks cool in person. What I like about it is that if Chevrolet had started to make the El Camino in 1957, I have the feeling it would look like this.
