So, I came up with this guy today, based off one of my old drawings from 7 years ago. I need a name for him.. and his species. Help?? I really wanna design more like this! I might make adoptables.He's blind in both eyes, but has an acute sense of hearing as well as touch. He stands at 7 feet tall an weighs roughly 300 pounds.
He's really sweet, endearing and his fur is incredibly soft c:
EDIT: His name is Eli and his breed is call a Swuryn.

i have a couple textures that i use often saved in a folder, so honestly i'm not positive where it came from. i do frequently search "watercolor texture" on DA though and get some great stuff c:

How do you use the texture without it interrupting the base colors? Desaturate it first?

i set the layer to "multiply" or "overlay" and mess with the opacity c:
