This is really nice : ). I like the different textures you used for her clothing next to her smooth-looking skin and hair. The tilt of the head and the curvy figure are perfect for a sultry pin up ^^
If you want a more rosy kind of look to pale skin like this you can add more orange and pink to your shading and it will still look just as delicate as if you used a light gray-blue like this. You might know that already, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. I just assumed from the description that you were still learning photoshop
